Good morning, I’m the manager of this home restaurant. For 15 years, a group of friends and I have been spreading the Marche cuisine around the world. Eight years after graduating as a chef, I turned my passion into a career. Here, you can enjoy traditional dishes, revisited, and savor the true flavors of the past. Vincisgrassi, Campofilonesi with the sauce of the batte, pork stew with apples, grandma’s zuppa inglese…ancient flavors and modern experiments. We look forward to seeing you.
