Enjoy an immersive experience discovering our organic extra virgin olive oil, produced from the 8,500 olive trees surrounding Podere Mondomini in Campofilone (FM). A journey through nature, culture, and flavor at the Aso Valley Ecomuseum Center, located in the heart of the estate.
The experience begins among the olive groves, with a sensory journey that allows you to get up close and personal with the different types of olive trees and appreciate their unique characteristics. It then continues with a visit to the Ecomuseum, where you can discover the history of Mondomini, which dates back to the 1700s, the life cycle of olive trees, the differences between cultivars, and cultivation methods.
The experience culminates in the tasting room, where you can sample three selections of our highest-quality organic EVO oils and learn how to taste them under the guidance of an expert taster.
